Since the 1950s, the Raineau family has been a pioneer in various industries. Raineau Group was founded in 1977 in Vendôme, France, and has grown into a global family-owned company with over 60 properties in 8 different countries. Today, the group’s main activities include operating casinos and hotels, real estate development, alongside a strong focus on regulated online gaming and other emerging industries.

Raineau family business begins with Albert Raineau’s passion for racehorses which lead him to win the title of European Trotter Champion in 1977 and 1979.
1980
1980
Albert Raineau breaks into the casino business by operating Baccarat tables in various casinos in France.
1985
1985
Albert Raineau with his sons Francis and Olivier bought their first casino in Lyon. The casino became one of the first 14 in France to obtain a license to operate slot machines and the casino with the highest turnover in France.
1995
1995
Raineau Group expands to Argentina and acquired 3 casinos in Avellaneda and Florencio Varela and by 2000 they were the top performing casinos in the Province of Buenos Aires.
